We’ve launched a $275M gaming fund, positioned platforms as the leaders of in-game UGC, revealed a new genre of RPG, launched top tokens, and handled the crisis comms for the world’s largest crypto hack. We consistently get our clients featured in leading publications like IGN, Forbes, Digiday, The Verge, TechCrunch and Coindesk. We are rapidly expanding and are in search of a Head of Growth who can support us in scaling and coming up with unique marketing initiatives that match High Vibe’s brand. 

    Working directly with the CEO, you’ll shape and execute our marketing and growth strategy, spotlighting the incredible work of our team and solidifying High Vibe PR as the go-to agency for industry-defining brands.

    This isn’t a rigid, traditional role—it’s a blend of Business Development, Growth, and Brand Marketing. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to experiment, iterate, and help us build a forward-thinking agency—someone who knows that the best marketing isn’t just about visibility, but about crafting narratives that captivate and create lasting influence.


    We are seeking a Head of Growth (fully remote). We are looking for someone who is located in Asia, Europe or on EST. 

    • Have you successfully built a growth marketing strategy from the ground up that enabled rapid scaling? 

    • Are you well versed in crypto X and up to date when it comes to industry trends and events?

    • Do you have a track record in identifying new opportunities/platforms that move the needle when it comes to the shifting comms landscape? 

    • Do you get a thrill out of making order out of chaos and ensuring deadlines are met and communicated to team members? 

    Responsibilities: 

    Business Development & Strategic Growth

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that expands High Vibe PR’s client portfolio.

    • Craft compelling proposals and pitch strategies that effectively communicate our agency’s strengths, unique positioning, and track record of success.

    • Lead and oversee the creation of tailored, high-impact presentations that win new business and solidify our reputation as a top-tier PR agency.

    • Identify emerging industry trends, platforms, and opportunities to proactively engage with high-growth sectors in gaming, crypto, and digital culture.

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key industry players to drive long-term business growth.

    Brand Marketing & Awareness

    • Own High Vibe PR’s brand positioning and marketing strategy, working directly with the CEO to amplify our visibility and influence within the industry.

    • Drive social media strategy across both traditional and emerging platforms, positioning High Vibe PR as a thought leader at the forefront of gaming, Web3, and entertainment.

    • Lead executive positioning initiatives, developing content, thought leadership, and media opportunities that elevate the agency and its leadership team.

    • Spearhead industry awards submissions, ensuring High Vibe PR and its clients receive recognition for outstanding work.

    • Oversee event and sponsorship strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities for visibility, networking, and thought leadership.

    Growth & Performance Marketing

    • Own demand generation efforts, implementing and optimizing multi-channel initiatives including email marketing, content strategy, events, SEO, and paid campaigns.

    • Develop experimental marketing campaigns that push creative boundaries and align with the dynamic nature of our industry.

    • Analyze and optimize growth strategies using data-driven insights, constantly iterating to improve effectiveness.

    • Set clear KPIs and track performance, delivering reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a senior growth, marketing, or business development role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or PR agency, with a strong understanding of client management and campaign execution.

    • Proven track record of launching experimental marketing initiatives that push creative boundaries and leveraging data to measure impact and ROI.

    • Strong business development expertise, including shaping sales strategies, streamlining BD processes, and crafting winning proposals that drive revenue growth.

    • Exceptional project management skills—able to balance multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on deadlines.

    • Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to problem-solve, pivot strategies, and execute at a high level under tight deadlines.

    • Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and executional excellence.

    Responsibilities: 

    Public Relations

    • Actively monitor media, print, and social channels and create coverage reports for monthly recaps and PR announcements - reporting is at least half of this role

    • Manage media contacts, build media lists, and project manage all Muckrack-related tasks proactively

    • Support client and internal social content creation on LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok

    • Identify executive positioning opportunities for clients including speaking engagements, podcast opportunities, and awards, and manage and maintain deadlines

    • Actively research and get to know gaming and mainstream writers in the gaming, crypto, and lifestyle media

    • Coordinate calls, meetings, and media interviews

    • Draft meeting notes for internal and external distribution

    • Maintain and update monthly PR Trackers for clients

    • Support in the preparation of client briefing materials

    Marketing

    • Social Media Management: Assist in developing and executing High Vibe social media strategies and content across platforms such as X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

    • Contribute to marketing and communications campaigns, including tactical planning, research, and execution.

    Administrative

    • Call scheduling

    • Expense report

    Requirements:

    • BA in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field

    • 3+ years experience in a comparable PR, Communications, Marketing, Project Management

    • Min 1-year experience with Muckrack

    • Interest in videogames, entertainment, and emerging technologies like Web3 and A.I.

    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and project management skills 

    • Native English speaker

    We are seeking an Account Leadwho can support clients with a focus on tech and consumer. As a small team, you should be prepared to craft and execute on strategy. This is a remote, full-time position. We are digital nomads looking for someone based in CEST and EST time zones only.

    We’re particularly looking for someone with:

    • Strong media relationships inadvertising and marketing trade publications and podcasts

    •  Experience with leading accounts for tech clients (experience with Web3 and gaming is a plus)


    Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and manage communication plans and initiatives that amplify client brands and advance their overarching communication objectives

    • Secure media opportunities for clients and the agency by bringing a strong awareness of the media landscape and established relationships with reporters across sectors

    • Provide strategic and tactical PR contributions including drafting press releases, writing pitches, as well as managing media relationships;

    • Work with clients on announcements, evergreen stories, and proactive stories to meet client goals;

    • Lead PR activations from concept to execution including planning, project management, execution, and reporting;

    • Identify executive positioning opportunities for clients including speaking engagements and thought leadership moments; 

    • Manage administrative tasks such as internal project management, client call notes, monthly recaps, and reporting;

    • Lead weekly client calls and staff interviews, as needed

    Requirements:

    • BA in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

    • 5-8+ years of experience in a comparable PR agency, leading accounts

    • Significant record in placing stories in major brand and tech media outlets in the last two years

    • Established relationships with press and key industry professionals

    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and project management skills 

    • Native English speaker
