About This Position

High Vibe PR is a boutique communications firm for companies and brands that redefine the future of culture and entertainment. We’ve launched a $275M gaming fund, positioned Overwolf as the leaders of in-game UGC, revealed a new genre of RPG, launched top tokens, and handled the crisis comms for the world’s largest crypto hack. We are rapidly expanding and are in search of kind comms professionals who believe in ownership, teamwork, and the power of blockchain technology.

We are seeking a Communications Associate based in Central or Eastern Time (fully remote).

• Are you a master of the PR game, with a keen eye for detail and a love of scouring news stories to pull together accurate client coverage reports?

• Do you get a thrill out of making order out of chaos and ensuring deadlines are met and communicated to team members?

At High Vibe PR, you'll have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, manage reporting for exciting campaigns, and make a real impact on our workflows and operations. We're looking for someone who is not afraid to get into the weeds, a blend between communications associate and project manager, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and is highly organized.

Responsibilities:

Public Relations

• Actively monitor media, print, and social channels and create coverage reports for monthly recaps and PR announcements - reporting is a huge part of this role

• Manage media contacts, build media lists, and project manage all Muckrack related tasks

• Support client and internal social content creation on LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok

• Identify executive positioning opportunities for clients including speaking engagements, podcast opportunities and awards, and manage and maintain deadlines

• Actively research and get to know gaming and mainstream writers in the gaming, crypto, lifestyle media

• Coordinate calls, meetings, and media interviews

• Maintain and update monthly PR Trackers for clients

• Support in the preparation of client briefing materials

Marketing

• Plan and post High Vibe PR LinkedIn posts, as needed

• Administrative

• Call scheduling

• Expense report

Requirements:

• BA in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field

• 5+ years experience in a comparable PR, Communications, Marketing, Project Management

• Interest in crypto, Web3, NFTs

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• MuckRack expert preferred

Salary Range

$50,000-80,000K USD, depending on experience.

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator. This is an EU based (remote is fine, but CET timezone is a must), full-time position that offers flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Public Relations

• Actively monitor media, print, and social channels and create coverage reports for monthly recaps and PR announcements

• Manage media contacts database

• Identify executive positioning opportunities for clients including speaking engagements and update the master speaking opportunity list

• Actively research and get to know gaming and mainstream writers in the gaming, crypto, lifestyle media

• Coordinate calls, meetings, and media interviews

• Maintain and update monthly PR Trackers for clients

• Support in the preparation of media prep sheets

Marketing

• Plan and post High Vibe PR LinkedIn posts, as needed

• Administrative

• Call scheduling

• Expense report

Requirements:

• BA in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field

• 1-3 years experience in a comparable PR, Communications, Marketing, Strategic Planning role

• Interest in crypto, Web3, NFTs

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills
